CPR/AED & FIRST AID Training

Why is CPR Training Important?

CPR training is a vital skill that can help save lives in emergencies. By learning the proper techniques and procedures for performing CPR, individuals can make a significant difference in the outcomes of cardiac arrest incidents. People of all ages and backgrounds need to receive CPR training to increase the likelihood of survival for those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.

Participants will receive training through a blended model.  The composite method combines both an online portion and a face-to-face skills session.  This model allows the user to complete the knowledge piece of the course online and then attend a face-to-face skills session, where you will be taught and practice the skills learned during the online portion.

CPR/AED & FIRST AID

CPR/AED and first aid training are essential for everyone, as they can mean the difference between life and death in emergencies. Knowing how to perform CPR and provide basic first aid can help stabilize a person's condition until professional medical help arrives. By receiving CPR and first aid training, individuals can act quickly and confidently in crises, potentially saving lives and preventing further harm.
